RBA Units
Human Resource Bureau - Provides accurate and timely processing of personnel actions and personnel files, payroll and benefit processing; promotes effective utilization and management of employee resources; promotes, monitors and evaluates diversity in employment; maintains continuity of operations and emergency/disaster plans for DHS administration, services, and facilities; promote employee wellness & safe work environments; promotes employee recognition.
Bureau of Quality Assurance and Improvement - Improving outcomes for the children and families we serve requires diligent focus on the quality of our efforts. Quality assurance is not quality control: the emphasis with QA is on the collection and analysis of data to help guide decision making and program improvement efforts. DHS developed the QA&I System to provide a reliable framework for quality assurance across the department, but with the flexibility required to address the specific outcomes for each of the DHS program areas.
Unit of Quality Control - Assess accurate and timely determination of eligibility and benefits for clients receiving food stamps and other benefits.
Bureau of Research and Statistics - Provides standard statistical reporting, statistical analysis for program assessment, development and analysis of special projects, and performance measurement development.
