The Division of Results Based Accountability is responsible for Research and Statistics, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Improvement, and Human Resource Management for DHS. Results Based Accountability also has responsibility for many of the standard statistical reports used by DHS and other entities to monitor performance.

Results Based Accountability (RBA) coordinates reporting data to the Department of Management's Results Iowa website.

RBA assists the agency in the development and reporting of performance measures relative to Iowa's Accountable Government Act.
