The Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) is a part of the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS). The IME manages the Medicaid program. This page will share with you things you may need to know and how to contact Members Services with your questions. “Members” are the people who have Medicaid benefits to help pay for their medical and health care costs. “Providers” are the health care workers who help Medicaid members meet their health care needs.
What is Medicaid?
Medicaid is a program that covers medical and health care costs of people who qualify. There are a range of programs and services covered through Medicaid.
