IA Health Link

Welcome to IA Health Link, Iowa’s new Medicaid managed care program!

IA Health Link will join together physical health, behavioral health, and long-term care in one program across Iowa. Most current Medicaid members will be enrolled in IA Health Link starting January 1, 2016*. IA Health Link gives you the same health coverage you know and use, but will be covered by a managed care organization (MCO) that you get to choose. An MCO is a health plan or type of health coverage that makes sure you get complete care that’s just right for you from the MCO’s network of health care providers. You will receive information when it is time to choose your MCO. Other very useful educational information can be found throughout this website. Check out What is IA Health Link? or the Resources webpage or the Frequently Asked Questions webpage to read and learn more about this exciting new managed care program for Iowa Medicaid members. Please visit this website often as we continue to add more new information about IA Health Link.
