New IA Health Link MCO Selected

The Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) is pleased to announce the selection of an additional MCO, Iowa Total Care. This provides additional options and choice for our members. Iowa Total Care will begin providing coverage for IA Health Link and hawk-i members July 1, 2019. Members will be notified by mail when they are able to select Iowa Total Care as their MCO. More information will be posted on our website in the coming months.
 

The Iowa Health and Wellness Plan provides comprehensive health coverage at low or no cost to Iowans between the ages of 19 and 64. Eligibility is based on household income. Find more elibility information on the Who Qualifies webpage.

All Iowa Health and Wellness Plan members can receive free healthcare if they choose to take specific steps to protect their health and complete what are known as Health Behaviors. Beginning in the member's second year of enrollment, a small monthly contribution may be required, depending on family income. Find more information on the Healthy Behaviors webpage
