Find a Provider

The Hawki program gives you health coverage through a Managed Care Organization (MCO). An MCO is a health plan that makes sure you get the care you need from their network of providers. The MCOs have a large network of providers across the state.

There are several ways to find out which providers are enrolled with your MCO.

  1. Use the MCO’s online Find a Provider Tool (linked above)
  2. Speak with your provider directly to see if they are enrolled with your MCO
  3. Contact your MCO by phone or email (MCO contact information for members [3])
  4. Call Hawki Member Services at 1-800-257-8563
