TARGETED REVIEW OF IOWA'S CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM 
In May 2017 the Department contracted with an independent non-profit organization, the Child Welfare Policy and Practice Group [2], to conduct a targeted review of the states Child Welfare System. The following three reports resulted from this review.
