Title V Block Grant Public Input
Iowa HHS and the University of Iowa-Division of Child and Community Health (Iowa's Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant Administrators) are collecting input on the proposed program activities for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2025 Title V Block Grant application.
The survey is asking for feedback on two documents that can be found by clicking the titles below:
